• Emergency situations should be directed to 911 or your nearest emergency room

Appointments and Walk-ins

We accept both walk-in patients and scheduled appointments. Please note:

• Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis
• Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on patient needs
• We appreciate 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
• Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments

Payment and Insurance

We accept OHIP and various insurance plans. For services not covered by OHIP or insurance:

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards
• Fees for uninsured services will be communicated before the service is provided
• You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage
